30-day No Hassle Return Policy:
Santill Systems will accept new items within 30 days after shipment. If you are unsatisfied with the product in anyway please let us know so we can issue you an RMA number for return. After the 30 day grace period all items are subject to the General Return Policy below.
We take great pride in our professional packaging. We spare no expense ensuring your product arrives undamaged. Please keep our inner and outer packaging when processing a return. Shipping a DVR protected only by the “DVR” packaging and omitting the additional outer packaging is unacceptable. Major couriers are not gentle with product. Please return any item using all packaging and boxes that we originally sent you. Never apply address markings or RMA markings to a DVR or camera box. Apply all markings to the “outer” packaging. If a return is shipped back properly, a modest 15%-30% industry standard restocking fee applies. If we are required to purchase a new box for certain items, our cost can exceed 30.00 in materials and this cost will be deducted from your account credit. Please avoid unnecessary expense and simply ship using inner and outer packaging.

We will issue a Return Merchandise # that must be sent with the returned merchandise. We will not accept merchandise shipped without a return merchandise agreement number.
